Making The Mould:

Laser Engraved Rubber Stamps:
For manufacturing laser engraved rubber stamps, you can’t use traditional raw rubber, as the laser requires even thickness and free surface to get impression of image or text from a stamp die. So the rubber has to undergo certain curing process before allowing it to the laser beam temperature.
The depth of impression depends on how much laser speed applied and how much the density of rubber. In the laser engraving process, the machine will release excess dust cleaned using exhaust filtration system. Mirrors, lenses and any exposed bearing surfaces cleaned thoroughly to keep up the overall laser engraving system.
